Village of Montefiore Dell'Aso
Villa La Diva is located in the middle of the vineyards below the medieval village of Montefiore Dell'Aso.
There are two nice small supermarkets in Montefiore: Both supermarkets have a large and wide range and of course a fresh department. In the village there is also a bakery where you can buy delicious fresh bread. On the piazza Belvedere is an edicola where you can get all kinds of souvenirs, beach stuff and toys, etc. in addition to magazines, the cozy real Italian bar of Paula and Allesandro. Take a seat on the terrace with an amazing view of the sea, the mountains and the neighboring village of Ripatransone and order a drink, ice cream or sandwich. On the piazza you will also find 'Manu's Pizza'. Here Manu bakes the most delicious Italian pizzas.
Near the blue sign with the big white T is a great tabaccheria that you should definitely visit. This is a special shop with really the most stuff on the least number of square meters with a super sweet couple as owners who are always up for a chat!
We definitely recommend a visit to Pasticceria DORINA (opposite the statue and hospital) where you can get the most delicious delicacies and ice cream. TIP: order an aperitivo in the afternoon and you will receive a drink of your choice (such as wine) and five delicious snacks for only Euro 3,50
Beaches Adriatic coast
Villa La Diva is only 10 minutes by car from the beautiful Adriatic coast. On the coast you will find several beautiful, fun, cozy and child-friendly sandy beaches:
Cupra Marittima
In Cupra you will find a real village beach. It's not massive. There are free beaches, but also both old and new beach bars with sunbed rental.

Grottammare's promenade and beach almost merge into San Benedetto. This is a large seaside resort, mostly known to Italian tourists. Pedaso / Ponte NINA
The closest beach is Pedaso. However, this beach is with pebbles, so not the most beautiful beach. Just outside Pedaso you will find the sandy beach of Ponte NINA, where you will mainly find the locals.

Monte Sibilini

This beautiful old medieval town is located at 319 mtr. high hill Girofalco, with the cathedral on the highest point in the old town. From the park near the cathedral you have a beautiful view of the surroundings, the sea and the mountains. The old town is authentic and has a cozy piazza and many nice shops.

Ascoli Piceno is the capital of the eponymous southernmost province of the Le marche region. This beautiful old city is located at the foot of the mountains.
