How to book
In the overview on the site you can immediately see which tents are still available and can therefore be booked (if requested). You can make a reservation via the online reservation form. If it turns out that a tent is no longer available for whatever reason, we will contact you within 24 hours and together we will search for a solution. When your chosen period is available, we will let you know by e-mail confirmation. If you agree with your reservation, we will send you the invoice for the entire travel sum for confirmation. Your reservation becomes definitive after we have received 30% of the travel sum, within 7 days after the invoice date, as a deposit. The remainder must be received by us in full 42 days prior to departure.

Arrival days
With DivaCamp you can arrive and depart on Sunday or Monday during the high season. We have chosen these days because that way you are not obliged to travel on the often busy Saturdays. Of course you can always contact us if you want to arrive and / or leave on a different day. We will then see what we can do for you. Minimum stay during the high season is 8 days (7 nights).

In low and mid season you can arrive and depart on all days. There is then a minimum stay of 4 days (3 nights).

Who can book?
The main booker of the trip must be at least 18 years old and is jointly and severally liable for all travelers that he or she registers. All correspondence is conducted via the address of the main booker.

After drawing up the invoice you can make changes to your journey up to 28 days before departure, of course as far as they are possible. Only the main booker can submit changes in writing. We apply the general terms and conditions for changes and cancellations. So keep in mind that a change or cancellation entails costs.

General sales-agreements

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all agreements concerning the rental of accommodations that are with are closed. And are an inseparable part of the travel agreement. An agreement is concluded between you and DivaCamp with regard to an accommodation offered on the website if:

1. Book your holiday

1.1 Booking your holiday
You can book your holiday online or by telephone. These two ways of booking are for you and DivaCamp binding. Every reservation made through our website is processed by DivaCamp confirmed with an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail. After processing your reservation you will receive from DivaCamp the confirmation invoice by e-mail (or possibly by post). If you do not have these within 5 days after booking, you must contact Divacamp.NL.

1.2 Right of withdrawal
DivaCamp Please note that reservations you make are legally definitive. A right of withdrawal (the so-called cooling-off period) of 14 days does not apply to services relating to travel contracts such as DivaCamp delivered.

1.3 Main Booker
The main booker of the trip must be at least 18 year at the time of booking. He / she is jointly and severally liable for all fellow travelers who are registered. All correspondence is conducted via the address of the main booker. The owner of the accommodation has the right to refuse a company without giving any reason.

1.4 Maximum permitted persons
Occupancy of the accommodation that you have reserved with more than the maximum number of persons allowed (including children and babies) as stated on our website ( is not allowed. The accommodation manager can in this case refuse you to the accommodation. You are not entitled to compensation. It is not allowed to receive visitors or to let them stay overnight without the prior approval of the accommodation manager.

1.5 Option
If you do not want to make a final reservation, you can take an option for 24 hours. You can only take an option by telephone on telephone number 085 - 060 47 77. The option remains available for you for 24 hours, it expires automatically after 24 hours.

1.6 Rental period
The minimum rental period is 7 nights, unless stated otherwise. Any shorter period is on request.

1.7 Preferences
Preferences with regard to the accommodations such as location, etc., must be communicated immediately upon reservation. The implementation can continue cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancel or change
You may have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case you must submit this in writing or by telephone (during office hours) DivaCamp to pass on. In many cases a cancellation or change entails costs.

2.1.1 Cancellation with cancellation insurance
If the reason for cancellation falls under the conditions of the cancellation insurance, you will receive a claim form from us. You must complete this, sign it and return it to DivaCamp.
After receipt of the form, including mandatory proof of the cause of damage, your cancellation will be processed by your insurance company.

2.1.2 Cancel in accordance with general terms and conditions
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance or the reason for cancellation does not fall under the insurance conditions of your insurer, the reservation will be canceled in accordance with our general conditions of sale. In addition to the reservation costs you owe the following amounts:
a. if canceled up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the travel sum.
b. cancellation from the 42th day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the travel sum.
c. cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) up to the day of arrival: 90% of the travel sum.
d. cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum.

Change 2.2
After drawing up the invoice you can make essential changes (such as dates, accommodation) to your reservation up to 28 days before departure, of course as far as these are possible. We charge € 23,00 per reservation for changes. We would like to point out that in the event of a change of accommodation, the cancellation conditions as stated in Article 2.1.2 apply. If you want to make a change, the main booker must submit this in writing or by telephone DivaCamp to pass on.

2.2.1 Change fellow traveler
When one of the fellow travelers is unable to attend, the released place can be taken by another person. If an additional fellow traveler is added, it may be that additional costs are involved.

2.2.2 Change main booker
If the main booker is unable to attend, the vacated place can be taken by someone else. In this case the booking is taken over. We can then change the reservation for you. For the conditions we refer you to take over reservation in article 2.2.3.

2.2.3 Transfer reservation
If the reservation is taken over entirely by another family, we can change the reservation.
When taking over a reservation we charge a change fee of € 23,00. If you wish to have your reservation taken over, the main booker must submit this in writing or by telephone DivaCamp to pass on.

2.3 Cancellation by DivaCamp
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, DivaCamp cancel the reservation.
Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure include, among other things, that the accommodation is in such a state that it is no longer suitable for rental (for example: flooding, forest fire). This also applies if the reservation cannot take place due to, for example, a sudden sale of the accommodation by the accommodation manager or a double-placed reservation etc. DivaCamp inform you immediately, stating the reason, by telephone or in writing.
DivaCamp In this case, offer you an equal or multiple-value accommodation at the same price.
India DivaCamp does not make a suitable alternative offer or you do not agree with the offered alternative, go DivaCamp to refund the travel sum that has already been paid in full or in part.
DivaCamp cannot be held liable for any services reserved by yourself (for example: airline tickets, car rental, boat crossing, bus trips, etc.).

3. Prices
3.1 Travel sum and costs
The prices quoted are per tent per week for 4 people, unless stated otherwise.
In the case of offers where a free stay is offered for a few days or one week, the cheapest days or week will be used. A combination of discounts is not possible. DivaCamp reserves the right to change the travel sum if adjustments so require.

3.2 Optional costs
These are costs for such as cancellation or travel insurance. You pay these costs to your insurer.

3.3 Costs to be paid locally
The costs for any reserved optional facilities for use on site fall under the costs that have to be paid on the spot (for example bed linen). The exact information which additional and optional costs apply can be found on the website.

3.4 Deposit
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy at all times. This at the discretion of DivaCamp. If the accommodation is not left clean or with damage to, for example, the inventory, a part or the total deposit may be withheld. Damage that exceeds the deposit can be recovered from the tenant. It is also possible that any additional costs that can be paid locally will be settled with the deposit. DivaCamp does not take any responsibility for levying and / or repaying this deposit.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you depart from the specified departure times DivaCamp if you do not return the deposit.

4. Structure invoice and pay
4.1 Invoice The invoice states the following costs: the travel sum, the reservation costs of € 25,00 per reservation.

4.2 Payment
Upon receipt of the confirmation invoice you must pay 30% of the travel sum. The remainder of the travel sum must be paid no later than 42 days before the arrival date.
• If you book with departure within 8 weeks, you must pay the full amount within 14 days.
• If you book with departure within 4 weeks, you must pay the full amount within two days of receiving the invoice.
After receiving the full invoice amount, the travel documents will be sent to you as soon as possible. You will receive the travel documents no later than 2 weeks before departure. Exceptions to this are last-minute bookings.

4.3. Do not pay within the payment period
We would like to point out that if the agreed payment terms are exceeded, Divacamp reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to hold you liable for the costs incurred. In this case our cancellation conditions apply in accordance with article number 2.1.2. and the monies already paid will be deducted from the cancellation costs. It is not possible to compensate payment terms with any other payments outstanding at DivaCamp. DivaCamp reserves the right to hand over the claim to the bailiff. All judicial and extrajudicial costs, as well as interest, will then be recovered from the main booker.

5. Facilities
5.1 Opening times and costs
In the descriptions of the accommodation on our website you will find information about the facilities that are offered, including any costs known to us. If no costs are stated, this does not mean that these facilities are for free use. DivaCamp is not liable for unexpectedly calculated or changing costs for the use of facilities or services.
DivaCamp cannot guarantee that the facilities are always open. Certain facilities may be closed, especially outside the high season. In many cases facilities at an accommodation are leased to third parties, so that DivaCamp and / or the owner of the accommodation in question has no binding influence on opening times. This applies for example to a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, supermarket and entertainment.
This also applies to listed facilities in the area such as supermarkets, swimming pools, attractions, golf course, tennis courts etc ..
DivaCamp processes with great care all information known to it about the presence and opening times of all facilities. DivaCamp cannot guarantee possible changes. In the event that DivaCamp is notified of any changes, they will be notified to you by telephone or in writing.

5.2 Disabled and disabled
We request wheelchair users and disabled people to indicate as detailed as possible the requirements that the accommodation must meet. Only in this way can we determine whether the desired accommodation can be recommended. DivaCamp can only advise you in this and is not liable for the accommodation being insufficiently suitable and / or adapted.

5.3 Vessels
In principle you can take your vessel abroad without any problems. However, the vessel must meet the safety requirements set on site and you must be in possession of all documents required on site. You must inform yourself before departure whether the vessel you brought is permitted on the water where you want to sail. You must also reserve a place for your vessel at the accommodation. DivaCamp is not liable for the non-admission of the vessels taken.

6. Travel Information
6.1 Arrival and departure
The arrival time is between 16.00 hours and 22.00 hours. The departure time is usually between 08.00 hours and 10.00 hours. Early arrival is at your own risk. In case of an expected late arrival you must report this directly via the telephone number stated on the reservation form. If this is not met, the accommodation will be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours. For all reservations it applies that with a later arrival or early departure you owe the entire reserved period.

6.2 Travel Documents
You must take care of all required travel documents yourself. DivaCamp does not take any responsibility for the incorrect travel documents being in order.

6.3 Pets
You must specify when booking if a pet is traveling.
Bringing pets must be requested at the relevant accommodation. If your pet is allowed, this will be confirmed on the confirmation invoice.
The costs for the stay of pets are, as far as known, in the description of the accommodation and must be paid on the spot.

7. Complaints
We make a distinction between complaints prior to your holiday and complaints following your stay.

7.1 A complaint prior to your holiday
This includes complaints about the booking process, website, provision of information or service from DivaCamp.

7.2 A complaint during your stay
If you have a complaint about the accommodation, you must first submit it to the accommodation manager or reception in order to enable it to resolve the complaint immediately. DivaCamp tries to resolve the complaint within 48 hours. We point out that contact with DivaCamp outside office hours is only intended for emergencies and serious complaints.

7.2.1 If you fail to file your complaint by telephone or in writing during your stay DivaCamp to report, your possible right to compensation will lapse.

7.2.2 Your complaint must be submitted in writing and with reasons, within one month of the end of the rental period DivaCamp to be submitted with photos and / or other evidence. Complaints submitted later will not be processed.
7.2.3. If you are on your own initiative and without consulting DivaCamp if you leave the accommodation early, your right to possible compensation will lapse.

7.2.4 DivaCamp cannot be held liable for costs of transport and / or accommodation costs to and from your holiday accommodation.

7.3 Procedure
Your complaint must be submitted via stating your reservation number, surname and date of stay.

8. Liability
8.1 DivaCamp is not liable for loss and or theft (including money), damage to property, damage or injury caused to you or your fellow travelers for any reason whatsoever.

8.2 The use of all facilities and services at the holiday destination is at your own risk.

8.3 It stands DivaCamp free to provide you and your fellow travelers with regulations on the use of the accommodation and everything that goes with it. During your stay you are liable for damage to the accommodation, the furnishings and all items that belong to the booked accommodation caused by you or your fellow travelers. Settlement must be between DivaCamp and you.
If the damage is not with DivaCamp settled DivaCamp entitled to hold you liable for the (suffered) damage. All related costs are for the account of the main booker mentioned on the confirmation invoice. The main booker is also liable for the fellow travelers.

8.4 DivaCamp cannot accept any responsibility for unexpected construction activities in the vicinity of your reserved accommodation, works on access and main roads, noise from neighbors, church bells or agricultural implements, nuisance from vermin in and around your accommodation and environmental problems in the vicinity of your holiday accommodation.

8.5 Bind apparent errors or mistakes on our website and / or in e-mails or via other form of (oral) communication DivaCamp not.
For the correctness of (photo) material provided and / or compiled by third parties DivaCamp not responsible.

8.6 DivaCamp reserves the right to make changes to the website and / or its offer without prior notice.

8.7 Dutch law applies to agreements concluded, amended or supplemented on the basis of these terms and conditions of sale, unless other law applies on the basis of mandatory rules.
