General information apartments
Villa La Diva is our old fully restored authentic Marchesian villa. Our villa is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. In our villa we have a total of 4 apartments.
You will find our villa in the beautiful medieval village of Montefiore dell'Aso, just a short 10-minute drive from the Adriatic coast with sandy beaches and palm trees.
All our apartments are air-conditioned and there is WiFi everywhere. Usage is included in the price!
Apartment Rosso
Apartment ROSSO is a 3-room apartment on the ground floor.
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4+2 people.
Apartment Blu
Apartment BLU is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor.
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2+2 people.
Apartment Violet
Apartment Viola is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor.
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2+2 people.
Apartment Verde
Apartment VERDE is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor.

| Launderettes | near Villa La Diva you will find two good public launderettes. The laundromat in Valmir is located in a shopping center and the laundromat in Pedaso near shops. You can do your laundry while doing your shopping. Bee Villa La Diva we don't have washing machines. | |

Minimum stay
Minimum stay outside high season is 3 nights. Arrival and departure day of your choice and based on availability.
In the period from Saturday 13 July to Saturday 24 August, a minimum stay of 1 week applies with arrival and departure only on Saturday!
Availability 2+2 and 2+1 person apartments
This table shows an availability of all 2+2 and 2+1 persons together. It is therefore possible that only 1 apartment is available, but also 3.
